About

The name Floranza is inspired by two Spanish words—florecer (to flourish) and esperanza (hope)—reflecting our vision of hope taking root and freedom flourishing.

Vision

To see Honduras become a nation where women affected by sexual exploitation and human trafficking experience restoration, live free from fear, discover renewed purpose, and walk in safety, dignity, and hope—where freedom flourishes.

Core Values

Growth

We believe growth is always possible. We cultivate opportunities for education, vocational training, life skills, and personal development that prepare women for hope-filled futures.

Restoration

We believe God restores lives. We pursue holistic healing by addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs through Christ-centered, trauma-informed care, discipleship, and supportive community.

Authenticty

We believe every woman bears the image of God. We serve with honesty, transparency, humility, and genuine relationships, honoring the God-given worth of every woman and reflecting the love and truth of Christ in every interaction.

Compassion

We believe every woman deserves to be seen, heard, and loved. We walk alongside survivors with patience, empathy, and wisdom, creating safe spaces where healing and hope can flourish.

Excellence

We believe every act of service should honor God. We pursue excellence through faithful stewardship, accountability, continual learning, and a commitment to providing the highest quality care possible.
